Event Management Committee

The Event Management Committee is entrusted with the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of all events and functions organized by the school. From academic programs, cultural celebrations, and seminars to annual functions and special observances, the committee ensures that every event is well-organized and conducted successfully. Members of the committee are responsible for scheduling programs, preparing logistics, coordinating with different committees, arranging sound, stage, and seating, and maintaining discipline and decorumduring events. Their teamwork, creativity, and attention to detail ensure that every occasion reflects the spirit and values of the institution. Through dedication and coordination, the Event Management Committee helps create memorable and impactful experiences for students, teachers, and guests — making every event at Asorphi Academy a meaningful and inspiring one.
