The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been established in accordance with the guidelines of the Government of India and the UGC to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members of the school community. The committee addresses issues related to harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct, particularly concerning gender sensitivity and student–teacher relationships. The ICC is responsible for creating awareness about the importance of mutual respect, equality, and personal dignity through workshops, campaigns, and orientation programs. It also provides a confidential and fair platform for lodging complaints and ensures that every grievance is dealt with promptly, impartially, and with due sensitivity. By promoting a culture of trust, safety, and zero tolerance toward harassment, the Internal Complaints Committee upholds the school’s core values of respect, integrity, and inclusivity.
